Entity: Neatly Health, Inc. ("neatly," "we," or "us")
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using neatly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older to use neatly. Parents can manage their children's health information through their own accounts.
2. Our Services
neatly provides an AI-powered health companion to help you understand your care.
We do not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider.
3. Recording Your Visits
Before recording any medical visit, you need to:
- •Let everyone know you're recording (your doctor, nurses, anyone else present)
- •Get their okay first
- •Stop recording if anyone asks you to
Recording without permission is illegal in many states. You're responsible for following your local laws about recording conversations.
4. License You Grant to neatly
By using our services, you grant neatly a broad, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- •Store and process your data.
- •Use your data to generate insights for you.
- •Use your data in de-identified or aggregated form for research and commercial purposes.
- •Share your identifiable data only when you explicitly opt in (see Optional Opportunities).
- •Process photos and health records you choose to share to enhance your care insights.
We will never share identifiable data without your permission.
5. Optional Opportunities
If you opt in, neatly may share your information with third parties (e.g., pharma, CROs) for:
- •Clinical trial recruitment.
- •Patient support programs.
- •Participation is optional.
- •You will see what data is shared and with whom before consenting.
- •You can revoke consent at any time (future sharing stops, but past sharing cannot be undone).
- •neatly is not responsible for the services or outcomes of third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
We use vendors for hosting, AI processing, and analytics. These vendors act on our behalf and cannot use your data independently.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- •Misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
- •Upload content that violates others' rights.
- •Use the service unlawfully.
8. Disclaimers
- •The service is provided "as is."
- •neatly does not provide medical advice.
- •neatly is not responsible for outcomes based on third-party programs you opt into.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neatly's liability is limited to the greater of:
- •The amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or
- •$100.
10. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
- •All disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA/JAMS).
- •Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually.
- •Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by contacting us.
- •Governing law: Delaware, USA.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service anytime.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance.
